Ticket Office: Open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm (closed holidays).

Entrance Gates: are located at the top of the pedestrian ramps. Elevator access for handicap patrons is located on street level (Phillip Fulmer Way) at end of building closer to Arena Dining and the large parking garage between the arena and Neyland Stadium. NOTE: The elevator has limited space, so we respectfully ask that only patrons with a special need and appropriate attendant use it for events.
