Will Call: Event Will Call is located inside main ticket office doors (usually right-hand windows). The Ticket Office is located on street level of Phillip Fulmer Way, near the corner of Phillip Fulmer Way and Lake Loudon Blvd. on the Univ. of Tennessee campus.
I-40 CONSTRUCTION DOWNTOWN KNOXVILLE UPDATE
I-40 is now OPEN through downtown Knoxville! Directions will be updated shortly to reflect best means of travel to downtown venues. Previous directions (around the construction) remain VALID.
Entrance gates are located at the top of the pedestrian ramps. There is no ticket office access at the entrance gates; the ticket office is located on the street level. Elevator access for handicap patrons is located on Phillip Fulmer Way at the end opposite the ticket office (closer to Arena Dining and the large parking garage between the arena and Neyland Stadium.). NOTE: The elevator has limited space, so we respectfully ask that only patrons with a special need and appropriate attendant use it for events.
