Also, Sellers reserve the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists and/or events, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity AFTER purchases may be made. Knoxville Tickets has no control over these situations and shall be held harmless due to any possible changes. This includes no refunds to ticket purchases due to any possible changes.

Tickets and merchandise purchased through Knoxville Tickets (the "Site") is usually subject to additional per order, per item, handling/convenience and delivery fees above the expense of the tickets/merchandise. All sales are final. Some of the fees described (in addition to the price of the tickets/merchandise) may not be refundable if an event is cancelled or re-scheduled. Should an event be cancelled/postponed or re-scheduled, Knoxville Tickets shall use reasonable efforts to offer a ticket refund to ticket holders; however, refund policies are under the sole control of the Seller of the event. Please contact us for full information regarding refunds and any time limitations that may exist.

Tickets sold through the Site are usually available simultaneously through Knoxville Tickets walk-up outlets, Knoxville Tickets telephone sales center and occasionally venue box offices. All Knoxville Tickets outlets and web sales access the same inventory of tickets. Also, Sellers may sell/distribute tickets through other distribution points not controlled by Knoxville Tickets and could open additional tickets for sale without notifying Knoxville Tickets.

The right of event admission is controlled by the Seller and/or the Venue's terms of admission, including possible minimum age requirements, surcharges for minors, etc. Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance at the sole discretion of the Seller and/or Venue. Entry may be refused without refund if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way (including Print-at-Home tickets), or if the tickets were not purchased through properly authorized points of sale. Entry may also be refused without refund if tickets are reported lost or stolen.
