Service
Charges:
Service Charges pay for all the computer
equipment, sales representatives, tickets, mailing costs, and various
other office equipment and expenses needed to run Tickets Unlimited, to
provide you, the customer the conveniences expected of a full-service
ticketing company.
Service Charges vary by event and ticket prices. Please contact a ticket representative at Tickets Unlimited for specific service charge rates for an event.
Mail Orders:
Tickets Unlimited only accepts
money orders or cashier's checks for mail orders. No personal
checks are accepted. When placing a mail order, please remember
all mail orders are subject to the same service charge as
ordering by phone (so, please contact a ticket representative first). This ensures that we have a complete record of your order, and cover the costs associated with such a sale.
Please include your full name, mailing address, home phone number with area code, and work phone number. All mail orders are fulfilled with the best tickets available at the end of the business day in which we receive them.

Handicap Seating:
Handicap (ADA) requests can be accommodated at all venues we service. For wheelchair seating, sight impairment or other special needs seating, please call Tickets Unlimited at (865) 656-4444 or visit the venue box office for tickets.
Outlets can not sell handicap seating.
If you wish to have handicap seating
for an event which has not gone on-sale yet, please contact
Tickets Unlimited at (865) 656-4444. Please note: Some qualifying
documentation may be required in order to secure handicap
seating.
Refund/Exchange Policy:
All tickets are subject to a
no refund, no exchange policy which is clearly printed on all
tickets and listed on every purchase page on the internet. For emergency situations or a death in the attending party, please contact a ticket representative at Tickets Unlimited [(865) 656-4444)] to see if any accommodations can be made. This statement in no way guarantees that a refund/exchange is possible even in the event of a family emergency, etc.
Canceled Events:
When an event is canceled, ticket refunds are usually handled through the Tickets Unlimited office at Thompson / Boling Arena, on the University of Tennessee Campus.
Please note: Tickets do not need to be returned in person! (U.S. mail is fine)
Tickets purchased at a venue box office for an event originally scheduled at that venue must be returned to that office for a refund .
NO CASH REFUNDS! Dut to auditing issues, Tickets Unlimited can not provide cash refunds under any circumstances, irregardless of how tickets were purchased.
Prior to mailing your tickets to Tickets Unlimited for a refund, please make a copy of your receipt and tickets for safety reasons. Tickets Unlimited is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets!
Refunds for tickets purchased through an outlet will receive a University check for the refund within two weeks of our receiving the tickets. Tickets ordered by phone or through the internet will be credited back to the original credit card when we receive the tickets at the Tickets Unlimited office (some internet refunds may automatically be completed without the need to return tickets). Internet refunds may be subject to a longer time period as there are two entities involved in the refunding (Tickets Unlimited and Tickets.com). For large event cancelations, the refunds may be subject to extra delay to allow funds from Tickets Unlimited to be returned back to Tickets.com who must issue the refund. There is usually a time limit for returning tickets to receive a refund when an event is canceled. Call (865) 656-4444 for information or check this website for refund duration information. Refunds include most service charges noted above (less any fees for overnight delivery). Any other fees paid at outlets for credit card charges are not refunded by Tickets Unlimited (these fees are outlet-specific fees).
Rescheduled Events:
When events are rescheduled, refunds will be offered to anyone holding a ticket. The refund policy is the same as for a canceled event, except the refund must take place PRIOR to two business days before the new rescheduled date.
Lost Tickets:
Lost tickets can never be reprinted. However, there are certain circumstances when our service may be able to help. Please call Tickets Unlimited at (865) 656-4444 to speak with a ticket representative about your situation.
Will Call Policy:
All tickets purchased by phone
within a week of the event are placed at Will Call. These tickets
may be picked up the evening of the event starting 60 minutes before the event starts. Please bring a photo id as well as the credit card on which you ordered the tickets, so the venue can be sure the tickets are released to the correct person.

First Day Ticket Sales:
For first day sales, all
tickets go on sale at the same time at all locations that will be
open for ticket sales. The Thompson/Boling Arena box office does
not start selling tickets early, nor do any of the outlets (or, other venue box offices when their events are going on-sale). The
ticket system utilized by Tickets Unlimited is fully computerized
which means that every outlet, phone operator and venue box office has the same access to all tickets.
If going to an outlet, please contact the outlet to verify they are opening in time for the on-sale.
